First Things First
Is This a Claim or a Cash Project?
Storm Damage? It's Usually a Claim.
Most hail- and wind-damaged roofs on the Front Range are paid for by homeowners insurance — your real out-of-pocket is the deductible, not the roof. A free inspection tells you which side of that line you're on.
How to file a claimEverything Else? Financing Can Help.
Aging roofs, upgrades, and repairs that aren't storm claims don't have to wait on savings. Financing is available for qualifying customers — ask during your inspection and we'll walk through the current options together.

How Financing Works Here
- 1
Start with a free inspection
Before anyone talks payment plans, we tell you what your roof actually needs — and whether storm damage makes it an insurance claim instead of an out-of-pocket project.
- 2
Review your options with us
We work with multiple lenders and walk you through the current plans during your inspection visit — qualifying customers can finance asphalt shingle, metal, and full replacement projects.
- 3
Choose what fits
Pick the plan that fits your timeline and budget, or none at all. The inspection and the conversation are free either way.
Questions before you book? Call (970) 676-6129 and ask about financing for your specific project.
One thing we'll never offer: covering your insurance deductible. Colorado law (C.R.S. 6-22-105) prohibits roofing contractors from paying or waiving deductibles — a contractor who offers to is breaking the rules before the job even starts.
