17 Mile House Farm Park is a heritage site in Centennial that preserves an historic 19th-century farmhouse that was crafted as one of the “mile houses” constructed along the Cherokee and Smoky Hill wagon trails from Kansas. This storied structure is one of only two such mile houses in the state of Colorado and was preserved with assistance from the Colorado Historical Fund and the counties of Arapahoe and Douglas.

The park is located near the historic Centennial Civic Center, and offers a variety of recreational activities and events for both adults and children alike. The park includes an 11-acre recreational area, as well as a large playground, pavilions, picnic tables and other amenities for the whole family to enjoy.

Topgolf Centennial is an upscale golfing and entertainment complex in Centennial, opened to the public in 2015. This unique venue is home to more than 100 climate-controlled driving bays set over three floors of an indoor golfing center. It also offers a full-service restaurant and a game hall arcade.

Lastly, the award-winning Downslope Distilling is another popular venue in Centennial, opened to the public by acclaimed distiller Jim McMurray in 2009. The distillery produces 10 regular and specialty liquors, including its signature Double Diamond Whiskey, which is produced with American rye and peated barley.

The city is also a popular destination for tourists who want to enjoy the beautiful natural scenery that Colorado has to offer.
